We follow our own programme that is tested by our trainers. Our youngest CrossFitter is 8 years old, but we also have 50+ group members! Join us regardless of your age or gender!

It would be difficult to describe in a few lines the 30 years I’ve been training and the last 15 years I’ve been training others. From disabled children to professional soldiers, I’ve worked with a wide variety of people, and that experience helps me during every training.

I have been coming here since the beginning of this year. I quickly got hooked and went from 2 workouts a week to 3, 4 or 5. I have limited time for sports because of work and this is an efficient way to squeeze it into your everyday life. I can only recommend it because it worked for me!

CrossFit 314 is full of sunshine. In this box you will enjoy the view while spinning the jump rope, doing pull-ups or rolling the airbike. The room is full of natural light, definitely worth a try.

You walk in and can't believe you have arrived to a gym. Well-designed interiors, quality flooring, spotless changing rooms, immaculate machines. Spotless!

You can do CrossFit, circuit, weightlifting, swing a kettlebell or even bring your kid for a little exercise. Constantly varied, very colorful, very creative classes, muscle pain is guaranteed.
